Mindfulness and White Privilege

Zen Center of Philadelphia and Springboard Meditation Sangha offer Mindfulness and White Privilege: An Anti-Racism Seminar for White People. This seven-session course will blend mindfulness meditation practices with an exploration of white privilege. The course is open to a multi-faith audience and aims to engage white people in both a spiritually and historically informed practice of addressing racism, fostering the personal insight and self-understanding that is essential in building the trust and awareness needed for interracial work.
