The Penn Program for Mindfulness will host Sharon Salzberg for two events that will explore how you can truly engage with your present experience and create deeper love relationships with yourself, your partner, friends, family, and life itself.
Ms. Salzberg will also talk about her new book “Real Love: The Art of Mindful Connection”. This program is open to the public, no mindfulness experience necessary.
