The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program has been the initial gateway into regular meditation practice for many people. This accelerated course, offered by Deborah Cooper, will give participants the tools and techniques to begin their own practice of insight meditation which is based on following the breath and opening to sensations and sound. Directed primarily at those who are interested in beginning a practice, but also a valuable resource for those who would like more direction and guidance in their current practice.
