A Note from Brian:
Oren J Sofer is returning to Springboard for an evening program on Wednesday, March 29th.
For those of you who don’t know Oren, I thought I’d write a little note. Oren has been returning to Springboard every year since 2014. He has done evening programs, a multi-day retreat here at Springboard and a residential retreat with us at a retreat center in New Jersey.
This is a wonderful relationship for us at Springboard. Oren is skillful teacher – leading retreats at Insight Meditation Society (IMS), Spirit Rock, and other significant centers. He has over 40 talks up on the Dharma Seed website. He is a skilled facilitator of the Non-Violent Communication (NVC) process, as well as an advanced Dharma teacher. I feel fortunate that Springboard has such a close relationship with him.
I do encourage you to attend Oren’s program this month,
